Final Exam is over.. (well.. almost!)

The sekolah kebangsaan and sekolah agama exam clashed again! I took 3 days leaves just to guide the kids to study for the final exam. Since both exams clashed again... I decided to focus on sekolah kebangsaan only... (sekolah agama study sket2 pun jadi lah... huhu!).

As at last night... Izzat dah merdeka.... seronok dia :) Izzaty got one more day to go.... alaa... subjek Sivik and Music aje.... but still kena study lah....

Meanwhile... the adik dah seronok membelek his Nintendo DS yang dah lama mama sorokkan...

Izzaty sudah dewasa!! :)

It felt just yesterday when I brought my 1st baby home in our cute red Kancil from SJMC. How fast she grows! Too fast I thought! Well, I had been expecting it... especially after hearing all her cousins of a few months older (Izzaty is born in early January '99. Cousin Sara born in Jul '98 and Cousin Ain in Nov '98) have all gotten their period months ago. And I had just read Jabishah's blog a few days ago on her daughter getting her first menses at age of 10! Today, when I reached home at around 7pm, I saw Izzaty with a serious expression on her face waiting for me infront of our gate.... huhu :) Aww.... dah besar rupanya anak mama!! :)

Back in 2000 when Izzaty won the 'best dressed' award in fashion show of Taska Perodua.

Izzaty fell down from her double decker bed.... katil tu hubby baru je beli... rasa nak campak je katil tu lepas tu!!! She vomitted after the fall.... hubby and I sangat2 panic hantar ke klinik just to get first aid and recommendation letter to bring her straight to SJMC for further checking. Syukur alhamdulillah..... nothing serious... tak terkata lah bersyukurnya kami selepas itu!

tkcian8387 raya get-together

Last Saturday was the 'DeepaRaya' celebration for our batch tkc8387 :) Sangat2 seronok!! :) I got the chance to meet the girls whom some I've not met for yearsss!!! Malas nak cerita banyak.. here's some pics... courtesy from Raja Emylia and Haslina in facebook :)

It's a potluck get-together... and Has requested me to bring 'Rendang Hijau'. Whoaa.. ramai peminat rendang ni rupanya :)

I had to drop by at LRT Bangsar first... to fetch Lily Toet and her lovely daughter, Ayla :) They came all the way from Kuantan for this reunion :)

The get-together venue was at Toh Puan Nik Sazlina's home in Putra Jaya. Sesat jugak nak cari rumah kediaman Ketua Hakim Negara nih.. I had to 'tumpang tanya' kat Pak Guard di Kediaman Timbalan Perdana Menteri you!! TP Nik Saz's house is actually right beside the TPM's house. First time gi rumah dia.... the very the grand!!! :)

Danisyah's baju raya

This baju raya is my sister's Na idea.. dia nak baju 'boria' for her daughter Danisyah and my daughter, Izzaty :) I chose and sponsored the material and she sponsored the tailor workmanship... and of course I did the beading for them... :)

So far, only Danisyah's baju is completed... Izzaty's baju belum start lagi beading... :(

Towards end of Syawal 1430H

Life has been so stressful lately in the office. Project bertimpa2.... but I am thankful... am coping well so far... walau pun a bit stress :( This morning when I came to the office, I saw something on the table...

Wahhh... first time in my life babe! Was touched... ada gak orang appreciate kerja2 ku.. huhuu :) It's from the FSAH eGL project members... kononnya a token for being the earliest yg finish the development.. and start SIT... hehee.. kelakar.. tapi really2 terharu :) Baru la berkobar nak buat kerja kannnnn... :)

The end of Syawal is just around the corner... so does my kids final exam!! Aiyaaa... lagi stress mama memikirkannya!! The Core Banking team planned to do 'open department' at Menara Maybank for all the staff.... but we had our own plan here in Dataran... our own 'majlis makan2'. Afterall... this could be our last Syawal in Dataran Maybank.. huhu :( So don't care lah kalau orang2 kat Menara cakap we all ni anti social or whatever... we all masih proceed with our own majlis makan2 yesterday :)

Fatwa melawat Masjid Al Aqsa

"Tidak digalakkan mengambil berat dalam pengembaraan kecuali kepada 3 masjid; Masjid al Haram, masjid ini (Masjid Nabawi) dan Masjid al Aqsa. " (Riwayat Bukhari, Muslim, Ibnu Majah dan Abu Daud)

Saya memang berpegang pada hadis ini... memang bercita2 ingin menjejakkan kaki di Masjid Al Aqsa... melihat sendiri dengan dua mata pemberian Allah ini qiblat pertama umat Islam... menyaksikan sendiri tempat berlakunya Israk dan Mi'raj Rasulallah SAW.... mendirikan solat di dalam masjid yang kedua dibina di bumi Allah ini, masjid yang ketiga sucinya selepas Masjidil Haram di Mekah dan Masjid Nabawi di Madinah.. dan pahala solatnya 500 kali ganda berbanding masjid yang lain! Begitu istimewanya bumi yang menjadi rebutan 3 agama ini!

While googling for 'Al Aqsa' information, I found an article and a fatwa...

“Haram melawat al-Masjid al-Aqsa kecuali dengan maksud jihad membebaskannya“

Khabarnya, beberapa ulama mengharamkan orang-orang Islam melawat Baitul Maqdis kerana kata mereka Baitul Maqdis terletak dibawah naungan Yahudi , mungkin wang cukai (bayaran untuk visa/permit masuk ke Jerusalam) yang kita bayar kepada mereka digunakan untuk menyerang rakyat Palestine. Antara ulama yang berpendapat demikian ialah Dr Yusuf AlQaradhawi.

Tetapi ada juga beberapa ulama lain yang berpendapat melawat Baitul Maqdis tidak haram kerana inilah satu-satu peluang kita seumur hidup untuk melawat kota suci itu seperti yang saya baca di sebuah lagi artikel yang menarik.

Aduhai macam mana ni?? Dilema juga dibuatnya... Sampaikah hajatku untuk menunaikan solat di masjid Al Aqsa satu hari nanti?? Ya Allah ya tuhanku... bebaskan bumi Palestin dari kekejaman Zionis....
