Ouch!!!

Izzaty is home for a week. She's on MC. Her school warden called yesterday morning to inform us that she hurt her leg during the weekly House Cleaning quite bad...

Ouch.. that must hurt lots!! 8 stitches uols!! Eeeuuu...!!!

Banyak nya antibiotic and pain killer!!

She is in so much pain that she can't walk! Alhamdulillah, ada insan prihatin... thanks to Dr Aniza yang sudi meminjamkan kami this walking frame.... Love you girlfriend!! ♥

Mama had to take EL today to take care of Izzaty one day.
Ayah is off for Gangnam business trip! Outstation to Korea. Jealous tau sebab mama tak dapat ikut :P
Tomorrow, Uncle Ee will help out taking care of his injured niece :D Thanks Amie... ♥

CSR '12 : Jalan2 masuk kampung

Yeap... it's the time of the year again! Maybank CSR Day! On this special day, all Maybankers all around the world will join together to engage ourselves in community outreach in every location where Maybank operates - in Malaysia, Singapore, Combodia, Vietnam, London, New York, ect.

This year, our IT team was divided into various teams.. and I volunteered to go Kampung Kebun Bunga, Batu 3 Shah Alam -  a small kampung yang muncul di celah2 bandar yang sedang giat maju.

The 'Batu 3 Shah Alam' team was told to gather at Masjid Jamek Fastabiqul Khairat by 7am. I car-pooled to go there with AFS team - Tda, Tone, Mr Z and Asri. All of us cramped together in Asri's Toyota Wish - thanks Asri!! :)

About 120 of us altogether gathered here at Masjid Jamek Fastabiqul Khairat.

'Us' who volenteered to go 'jalan2 masuk kampung' at Kampung Kebun Bunga, Batu 3, Shah Alam :) 

After having delicious nasi lemak (which was prepared by the Masjid's muslimat community), together we packed some 'groceries' bought for the 'selected' orang2 kampung yang layak mendapat bantuan.

 

 All packed and ready to be delivered!

 We were later divided into 4 groups. And I was in 'team 2' together with these awesome people :)

After the last house (I think we delivered to 10 houses!), yours truly sempat berehat di bawah pohon rendang ini with Nadia and En Hussin (my very first boss who interviewed me to join Mayban Finance yearsss ago!)

BRAVO team 2!! We managed to deliver all the packages before 12 noon!! Awesome job guys!

 This is En Hussin's pickup that carried all the packages that we delivered. And....

I ended up 'menumpang' at the back of the truck with these 3 beautiful ladies going back to the mosque for our last gathering :D

 

An unforgettable ride indeed! The ride was fun and we laughed all the way!! But when I came home later... I felt like crying in pain! Sakit satu badan makcik weh!! :P

Penatttt.... but we sure had fun! :)

Oh yes... I had fun! I always have fun during CSR, didn't I? ;) And as always.... after CRS... memang flat 100%!! This time around... siap pakai koyok satu badan hokay! :P Yeah.. yeah... I know... there's no need for you guys to remind me... I am OLD :P

It's our 15th anniversary!! ♥

Alhamdulillah.... today is our 15th anniversary! ♥ ♥ ♥ 

We've gone through ups and downs throughout these 15 years.... but alhamdulillah... with HIS blessing, we are still together.. ♥

Western Europe Honeymoon Trip 1997 ♥

Tomorrow is our wedding 15th anniversary ;) So I thought I'd write a post on our honeymoon trip to Western  Europe back in winter 1997 just to 'mark' this special day ;)

We flew to London via Singapore 3 days after our wedding day and joined the Trafalgar tour group there :) We made lots of friends in the tour group... some from the States, South Africa, Mexico, ect... it was really interesting and we had sooo much fun!! :) Went to London, Paris, Lake Lucern, Milan, Rome, Florence, Venice, Verona, Innsbruck, Munich, Heidelberg, Cologne & Amsterdam :) My very first Europe experience outside London! It was like dreams came true when we walked around those beautiful romantic cities! We especially love Paris, Switzerland mountains, Innsbruck and of course Venice.. :)

We don't have digital camera back then... and yours truly are so lazy scanning the pics.. hehe! Easiest way.. recapture the pics in my album using my not-so-canggih camera... hikss! :D

We missed our gondola rides during this trip... but alhamdulillah, made it up during our 2nd trip to Venice ♥

Visited the House of Juliet, where you'll find amorous graffiti, couples romancing, and tourists getting cozy with Juliet's statue.*look where hubby's hand is?? lol!*

At Innsbruck, Austria - our very 1st Austria experience! Austria is simply beautiful!!! Saannnteeek sangat! ♥

A cruise along the Rhine River past vineyards and lots of towering castles...enchantingly beautiful scenery! ♥

Was told that even Celine Dion had dinner here when she was in Amsterdam ;)

We shared table with the group... but of course we can only eat halal food ;)

 End of tour in London - At London's famous Tower Bridge

We sure had so much fun during this trip :) Believe it or not... by the time we reached London at end of the trip, I only have USD1 in my wallet... huhu! Giler pokai... hehee :D Tapi nak jalan punya pasal.... sanggup tu... lol! Thanks god by then, gaji dah keluar and I was able to take out some money via the ATM.... phew! :) It's definitely an unforgettable experience for us! ;)
