The Friday break

Okay... As I told in my previous blog... I didn't have to go to work on Friday *bliss!* :))

Reached home late at around 1++am after standby last night. Still had to wakeup early to ensure my boy go to school (and not sambung tido after Subuh prayer like his mama... Haha!) and of corse continuing my beauty sleep aft everyone has left for school/work... *bliss!*

But earlier that morning, I noticed someone sent me an SMS....

That message was sent at 1:52am... and I think I slept at around 1:45pm! *sempat lagi berCandy-Crush before going to sleep... haha!* I must have slept like a log... didn't even hear the sound of my phone beeping! My SRKDI-bff,  Zai was in Mecca and on her way home.... and from her SMS above you would have understood that her flight home was delayed and she was supposed to pick her daughter, Zahirah in TKC for OB once she landed in KLIA. So she send an SOS message from Mecca requesting me to pickup Zahirah when I pickup Izzaty. No problem Zai darling! ❤ No problem at all... insyaAllah :))

In fact.... I sent Zahirah straight to her place... because I knew Zai and Rashdan (her hubby) must be tired after the long journey. Lagi pun, Lucky Hill is not that near from your place, you know :)) Kesian lak awak kena datang jemput nanti... lagi la penat tu... huhu!

As usual, Izzaty came home with a large bundle of laundries! That's normal okay! I did the same thing when I was boarding... haha! And my 17-years-old washing machine chose to fail on me that night :'(( stress mak tau!!!! ;'((

Satu hal pulak la weekend ni nak gi cari 'pengganti'...:((

My old one - Mr Lux Appliances! I soooo love this old machine... seriously!! Banyak berjasa padaku dan keluargaku!!  :'((

The 'pengganti' -->> Mr Panasonic... hopefully he can perform as good as Mr Lux Appliances!

An eventful Thursday

It was an eventful day indeed! 

Attended 2 classes in one day... 

Resuming kelas mengaji with Ustazah Suraya during lunch hour after a loooooonnngg break :) Alhamdulillah... 

Later in the evening, attended my 3rd JAVA class conducted by Mr Micheal Kang from MYeBills.

Micheal (our JAVA teacher) and Yousef (our contract programmer from Iran) checking on the error I got during compiling a JAVA program... *dah tua2 ni otak lembab ler nak debug error... -_-*

JAVA is indeed a tough programming language to learn! Why lar they chose me for this project??!! :P

And now.... at 11:05pm... I am still in the office... pffffttt!! Will be here until 12 midnight to support system problem.... huhu!! It was an emergency call... last minute instruction from the IT management. The good news is.... my boss said I can take a break esok... yeay! That means I can fetch my princess early for her OB :)))

My officemate, Aiza was diagnosed with a condition called Adenomyosis. She had to undergo an operation to remove her womb... kesian nye Aiza... :(( May Allah gives you strength during this difficult time my friend... Be strong okay! Moga cepat sembuh ya...

In search of a new sepek hitam :))

My old sepek itam sudah patah daa.... :((

I was talking to my deskie (the person who sit beside me in the office - sape lagi kalau bukan Diva IT - Cik Tone :)) about buying a new sun glasses last Friday and later on Monday I found out Focus Point is having a sale at the Menara Maybank Terrace for this whole week!!

First day lagi sudah tunjuk muka at the Menara Terrace... but unfortunately, yang berkenan di hati lepas discount pun jatuh RM890 :P Dior tu.... sudah tentu mahal... huhu! Too high for my budget -_-

So Diva Cik Tone suggested I go to Kenanga Warehouse Focus Points instead... told me that di sana pun ada discount and original price murah sket...

So this afternoon, during lunch hour... off we go to Kenanga Warehouse City in search of a new sun glass :))

Went there by STAR Lrt.... very convenient :) That's our diva in yellow tudung ;))

It was between these 3 sun glasses....

All chosen by our Diva of course :)) 

The first one was her favourite... I thought the glasses were too huge for my face. 

The 2nd one was so-so.... Diva said not nice... so okay.. reject!

I like the 3rd one.. and Diva approved! Although she still prefer the first one! 

I ended up choosing the 3rd one :))

Giorgio Armani - after 50% discount, only RM380. Okay lah... still between my budget :))

After beli sepek hitam, we went to eat somewhere inside the Kenanga Warehouse. Both of us chose to eat this...

Diva asked me "Ko tak mo pakai spek baru ke sambil makan?" 

ROFL!! Kang aku pakai spek itam kang... aku la dapat title DIVA tu.. .kih kih! :D

This time it's Africa

No, no... I am not going to Africa... yet! Though I really wish I am :P

My friend Dr Aniza went to Cape Town, Africa for a cancer seminar or something. When she told me that she's going to Cape Town... I was so excited!! Seronoknyaaaa... That's one of my dream destination for a holiday!!! Lucky you, my friend!! I turned green in envy on the spot! I tell you!! :P

Coping with 'Empty Nest' emptiness...

Now that Izzaty is in a boarding school, Mr Hubby consistently going outstation to Kuantan and Izzat attending classes on every weeknight... I am pretty much left alone in the house most of the time during weeknights -_-

The house felt so void and empty... 

So quiet -_-

So boring -_-

Quoting my teenage girl - "Bosan tahap tak boleh belah!"  Like seriously! :P

Okay... we are talking about Bukit Beruntung here people... far away from happening KL life! So basically I have no where to go to 'entertain' myself. So I can't do retail therapy or anything fun... :P

What????!! cari 'kekasih gelap'??? hahaa.... very funny guys! :P

So how am I coping? I guess I am doing okay :) Other than doing laundries, folding the clothes and doing the other house chores... I have these as my best-friends to kill this emptiness I felt inside...

My bestest friends - Collections of Tafsir Al Quran that I bought from Ustazah Sue :) 

Alhamdulillah... ever since attending her classes, I grow to love reading these books...

p/s: I miss Ustazah Suraya.... she has been on maternity leaves since early this year :(

Sunday in Alamanda

It's Zaty's time for OH (Outing Harian) again.

The thing is... there are not many interesting places to go in Bdr Enstek... I only know of 2 restaurants and Pasaraya Zemart to shop.... Hmmm... the idea of lepaking in Bandar Enstek tidaklah begitu menyeronokkan -_-

Izzaty requested to go to Alamanda, Putrajaya.... So ok laa... To Alamanda we went....

When entering TKC, I noticed the kolej's badge is now proudly up there at the grand hall.... Nice!!! Me likey!!! :))

Above : muka lapar menunggu food.. all of us skipped breakfast that morning!

An office-mate went to Spain and Portugal for holiday during last school break... and I kinda forced her to buy some fridge magnets for me... hahaha!

Last Wednesday, Dr Mohd Shafie Md Amin came to Surau al Insaf Menara Maybank for a short zuhur talk. I've always enjoy Dr Shafie's talk! I kinda admire his determination to learn and memorise the Al Quran during his studies in the UK! (Please read details of his biodata here). Kalau lah saya mempunyai personaliti seperti beliau.... 

Bought this book by Dr Shafie. Haven't read it yet.. .but am sure it's gonna be very interesting!

The book is about how to manage oneself, family and be a good leader. It also guides readers on how to make a good decision and time management based on what's written in the Quran and Sunnah.
Highly recommended!!
