Hybrid Fitness Raya Do

Today, the Maybankers' metcon, expose and yoga team join ventured to do our Raya Do at 45th Floor Menara Maybank gym ;)

Exposers started the event with joget raya :D Joget pakai baju raya babe... Berpeluh mak!! :D

Then, it's makan time! It was potluck. I ordered yummy brownies from my friend, Yayang. But dalam kelam kabut berhari raya and I guess I was a bit hungry (ate oat only for breakfast okay!)... I forgot to take pictures of the food :D

With Rina, my one and only colleague from Maybank Islamic who was brave enough to join the expose class ;) Ever since the first day she joined me attending the expose class, she impressed me by improving a lot in weight loose and stamina. Good job girl! Keep it up! ;)

It was a fun event. There were lotssss of yummilicious food and I had to control myself not to eat a lot as I have an eight hour flight to catch tonight. I don't plan to spend the night on the flight toilet due to upset tummy hehe ;)

Yes, am flying to Sapporo tonight for a short vacation... Woohooo!!! ;))

Belated farewell lunch with TQC

It's Syawal and I know some of you guys are busy doing 'puasa 6' and some even has completed it.

Yours truly planned to fast this whole 5 days of working days and later break for weekend (hey. It's still raya laa... Nak gak beraya on weekends haha) and continue on next Monday. Then I got msg from my ex boss, Zura inviting me for farewell lunch on Wednesday. I asked 'farewell siapa?' And she said 'Aimi, akak and Rizal'. Ehhhh... I oso got meh? Dah setahun kot I left TQC?! Hahaha! But she said 'tak per laaa... Kitorang tak sempat lsgi buat farewell lunch utk akak and rizal dulu. Konon tunggu Aimi abis unpaid leaves from Istanbul. Dia dah balik lama and nak resign pun hahaha!'. Lol! So okay laaa... Akak x jadi puasa Rabu -_-

Sent these 2 kiddos back to asrama today...

 

Sent my Northern Boy to Hentian Duta - 10.45am bus.

 

And sent this one back to Bandar Enstek by 11.30am.

Okay, my raya is officially over :((

Back to work and normal routine by tomorrow... *yawn!*

Pilahdelphia on 2nd Syawal :D

I was trilled when Hubby agreed to join my sisters and brother to go back to my beloved hometown, Kolo Pilah on 2nd Syawal. We have not been in Kolo Pilah for 2 years kot... Serious rindu!!!! 

So yeah subuh2 sapie dah keluar rumah. Balik kampungggg woooooo balik kampungggg ;)))

 

Reached Kolo Pilah town around 8.30am... Not many cars yet on the road.

How I miss this cowboy town haha!

Ayah, maafkan kami kerana lama tak menjenguk kubur ayah. Tetapi ayah tahunkan... Ayah tetap di hati kami dan nama ayah tidak pernah lekang dari doa kami... InsyaAllah ❤️

First destination, my Pak Teh's house in Taman Bukit Intan, Senaling...

OMG... Makan tak hengat dunia!!! How I missed my Mak Teh's food!! Hahahaha! 

It was such a bless to meet them again! Rindu sangat my Mak Teh and her family! ❤️

My makteh has 5 sons and they were our closest cousins as we literally grew up together in Pilah haha! 

Serious byk kenangan manis with the these cousins of mine!

Next, we visited my Pak Long Ino in Kampung Gentam. Pak Long nampak uzur dah. But I am delighted that he still recognised me ;)) Khabarnya dia dah x cam ramai orang...

That was the last house in Kolo Pilah we visited.

Next... Off to Seremban to visit Hubby's mak sue is Seremban. 

But on the way to Seremban, sempat singgah di sini...

 

Visited Istana Lama Seri Menanti... Somebody claimed he has never seen the old istana... So yeah, why not... Jom songgah jap!

It was good to be back here in Kolo Pilah, my beloved hometown! Tak puas sbb visit 3 rumah jer huhu. Kalau ikut hati mmg nak terus ke Batu Kikir to visit Kak Azlina, Siti Umairah's mom... Nak gi rumah my 2nd cousin Shida.. Rumah Juita, myTKC fren who is residing in Pikah now... And the list goes on and on and on... Seriously! Haha!

1st Syawal 1437H

Syawal was simple but a bless nevertheless. Alhamdulillah, somehow we managed to pull things together and get food ready for raya haha! I forgot to take the food pics but we had the usual rendang, nasi impit, kuah kacang and all served on pagi raya. Thanks to everyone for the potluck food... Hehe. 

Okay, gambar raya is a must! Yg ni tak lupa... Lol!

The Hussin clan is in blue this year. We did not plan it but it just happened, seriously! I guess great mind think alike eh? ;)

Ayah is still in the hospital, we miss you ayah! Wishing you were with us :(

It's not everyday we can see the spontaneous smile of Izzat Lol!

The Hussin clan spent about 1/2 day together. By noon, they all left Bukit Beruntung for HKL to visit ayah. We stayed to clean the house and had a good rest before going to the hospital after Asr prayer. Ayah looked so weak and sad... And it really broke our hearts to see him like that. 

Speedy recovery Ayah... Stay strong okay!

Last day of Ramadhan

Today is the last day or Ramadhan this year. It's eid tomorrow... MasyaAllah, how time flies this Ramadhan! Our original plan for this eid was to celebrate our 1st Syawal with my mom in Bandar Sri Damansara and to leave KL by noon to balik Melaka. But kita hanya mampu merancang, Allah yang menentukan segalanya. My FIL was hospitalized in HKL since last weekend (his health has deteriorated since he fell from his motor-bicycle months ago) and my husband and I decided to change our eid plan this year and host my in laws family on 1st Syawal since they could not celebrate eid in Melaka. 

My day today started early in the morning where kerahan tenaga bermula for everyone to kemas the house and later yours truly started merendang :D

 

Ghondang ijau all ready for raya by noon.

Later after Asr prayer,  off we went to HKL to visit FIL.

Our heart broke seeing him in pain like this... Kesian ayah, hajat nak balik beraya di Melaka tak kesampaian. Instead kena beraya di hospital pula. Don't be sad ayah... InsyaAllah all will be well soon. 

Syafakallah Ayahanda Hussin... Speedy recovery insyaAllah. 

Later, for our last iftar this Ramadhan, we joined my mom and the rest of the clan at my Along's house in Bdr Sei Damansara. Our original plan was to break fast and later sleep there to memeriahkan malam raya. But as the plan has changed, we just dropped by for iftar only.

 

All kind of rendangs sedia terhidang... Yummeh!!

 

With my eldest and youngest sis.. And my one and only brother ❤️ And oh.. Most right is Aiman, my nephew who looked bored melayan makcik2 and pakcik2 dia wefie Lol!

Yours truly merasmikan telekung baru Siti Khadijah which I bought online with GoShop for rm199. Am loving this new telekung so much ❤️

Tonight, all my in laws gathered at my home, and alhamdulillah... Semoga dipermudahkan segala urusan kami and may Ayah will get better and healthier soon...

The last Friday of Ramadhan

Today was the last day of Ramadhan and one of the busiest for me. 

Went to the gym for body assessment and this is the result -_-

Lost a bit weight which is understandable as it is fasting month. Body fat decrease (yeay!) but unfortunately body muscle also decrease... Which is expected as I skipped gym classes this Ramadhan :D But hey, the BEST news is I have finally achieved the correct age for my metabolic age Lol!! Thanks god!! A very happy news indeed!! Suker giler!! A big achievement for me okay!! Lol!

Sempat berpising witg coach and exposers at Maybank's rumah kampung ;)

 

Today, it was also the last day of our interns working here in Maybank...

 

The happiest news of the day is of course my babies are coming home for the raya hols today. 

Hati berbunga2 seeing these faces that I missed so much! ❤️
