Breakfast and lunch date

This morning, mama teman izzat makan roti tampal at Laman Maybank :) Ate heavy breakfast coz I planed to go to Expose class today during lunch hour.

As usual... when he is in front of food... memang menikmati food tak ingat dunia...haha!
Sent him to the bus station at 10:30am. Bye Izzat... study smart okay! Love you!

My plan to go to gym was ruined however! :P The AFC girls ajak makan2 at Ayam Kampung Velodrome! Mereka nak belanja katanya (as I am about to be transferred to Maybank Islamic in Bangsar).
Over tau! Siap ada gambar nak invite gi makan ayam kampung... haha! Nanges mak tenguk! :'D

And it was fun! :)) Food was delicious as always :D

Sengkuang calit for dessert - sangat over okay! :))
The happy faces of June and Tda that I would definitely miss when I'd be in Dataran...

Thank you so much girlfriends for treating me out for lunch! You guys are still the best! ❤️
But you can't get rid of me that easily hokeh! Will still be coming to Core Banking office after this! After all, Maybank Islamic developers are here in Core Banking kan... haha!
So this is NOT good bye okay ;)
LOVE you all so much! *muah!*

Fabulous 45 ;)

I am already 45 guys!! Not the most exciting age… but syukur alhamdulillah,  thank you Allah for another year of life you grant me, for all the rezeki, health, ect, ect :))

My FB wall and wassap was overwhelmed with messages from family and friends…. thank you everyone for the wish and doas…. LOVE you all like… masyaAllah, A LOT okay! *muah!* *muah!* ❤️

Among my the messages I got…
I can't really remember who gave me this… probably one of the Asterix mommies. Love you all!! hehe...

This is from my ustaz cousin, Abang Li. Thank you Abang Li… you're always a gem to us :))

I also received some awesome birthday videos! Feel so blessed having wonderful friends and family in my life :)

What did I get for my birthday this year?
The bracelet was bought by my arwah ayah. The charms are the birthday gift from Mr Hubby. Thanks darling! At this time of the year, the price of gold is not good… but you still bought those for me ❤️
Love you so much! *muah!* *muah!*

That evening, we went to TKC for a mini showcase by the TKWO. It's like a 'come back' showcase for them after a long silence due to the lost of instruments last year (read this post).
The new instructor, YM Raja Muzaffar Shah. Such an energetic musician! Hope he would be able to bring back to glory of TKWO! caiyok caiyok! #mamayangterlebihsemangat! hehe

We were late for this event (sibuk dok beli birthday gift punya pasal haha!) but alhamdulillah, we got to  see Izzaty and friends performed a few songs.
My girl the flutist ❤️

And I got to see some Asterix mommies whom I adore so much.. huhu!
With 2 anggun ladies of Asterix moms - Nora and Kak Osh ;)

And these lovely faces of Asterix girls ❤️

More Asterix mommies - Nora, Yaya and Kak Ha.
Kak Ha gave me a pack of keropok lekor… all the way from Terengganu for my birthday gift… wooohoooo!!! Sayang Kak Ha!!! ❤️

But THE BEST birthday gift ever was…
I got to celebrate my birthday with the people that I love most…
It's not every year I got to celebrate my birthday with both kiDDos. Ever since they are at boarding school, memang susah la kan… huhu! But alhamdulillah, this year, I got the chance to be with them on my birthday… and that's the priceless gift ever! Thank you Allah! ❤️

And guess what? The bracelet that my arwah ayah gave suddenly putus. The Poh Kong lady did warned me that the bracelet might not be strong enough to support all the charms. Aiyooo… so sad :(( The bracelet is quite sentimental to me as it was a gift that my arwah dad and mom gave to all their daughters when I years ago :((

Earlier today, Mr Hubby ajak pegi kedai emas kat kampung bukit sentosa ni jer to survey a new bracelet to replace the broken one. And taraaa….
I chose the same design but more solid so that it would be able to support the charms. Siap beli additional charms tu… haha! Over nya mak ni!
Loving the new bracelets so much! ❤️

I got to go. My mom is here at our home and she wanted to treat all of us dinner to celebrate my birthday… wahhhh, sayaaaang mak!! *sloopy kiss from me - *muuuuahhh!!!!*❤️

Oh my Izzat!

My Izzat is involved in MRSM rugby tournament in UPM and mama is upset for not being able to go and support him for this event. But thank god for networking, another mom whose son is also in the rugby team keep me updated on the boys' activities.

Was shocked when Alif Danial's mom send this pic to me last night!
 Oh my Izzat!!!!!!!!
What happened to your hair?? Apparently the senior rugby players asked all the rugby players to shave their hair but only after Izzat did it the teacher marah and ended up only Izzat in junior team yg botakkan rambut -.-

Can quickly guess which one izzat is :'D

This evening, Izzat called me saying 'izzat rasa macam nak demam la mama'. Again, thank god for networking, one of the Asterix mommies is the pengetua of the asrama that Izzat is staying in UPM. I texted Kak Iza to ask her favour to send some panadols to him. Alhamdulillah... Ada gak insan yg sudi membantu di kala mama jauh di perantauan huhu.

Izzat and Aunty Iza.
Thanks Kak Iza... you're such a gem!! May Allah bless you and your kind family always.

This evening, yours truly and Yati, Alif Danial's mom belanja the MRSM Transkrian rugby team burgers! Thank you Yati for ordering and delivering those burgers. May Allah bless you and your kind family always...

I imagined Izzat had fun during this tournament. He got to meet his cousin, Danial and an old friend from MRSM Kuala Kubu during this event.... wah wah, seronok lah dia kan...

Although his team did not win, mama is still proud of you Izzat ❤️

Summer in Hong Kong

I'm Am in Hong Kong again for the HK branch ICBA enhancement drop 3 - my last trip to HK for this project, insyaAllah. In fact, it's probably gonna be my last oversea assignment under Maybank Shared Services as I have already received an official email from Maybank Group Human Resource for my transfer to Maybank Islamic Berhad, alhamdulillah. Feeling excited and nervous at the same time for this new 'hijrah'... huhu.

Anyway, it's summer in Hong Kong now. We were supposed to fly to Hong Kong on Sunday evening but all flight were fully booked on Sunday and Monday so we had no choice but to fly on Saturday eve, which was quite frustrating as weekend are supposed to be bonding time with family -.-.

But the good news was Sunday was a free day.. thank god! So we took the opportunity to jalan2 and explore the city.

Us - yours truly, Valli, Chai Yin, Siti and Venice.
Happy to be able to jalan2 finally! Last trip was work, work and no fun :P

First stop - Hong Kong Times Square.
This building is about the same as the Time Square in Bukit Bintang KL.

There was an exhibition going on here...
Venice told me this robot is Gundam... aiyooo... I dunno lah.. my kids are all over that age :D

Us with the Gundam robot :D

Hong Kong on weekends are really happening! Many people everywhere!

Fall in love with this shop.

There's a huge Forever21 boutique... but cannot beat the one in Shanghai! :D

There's a small lane selling tudung... feel like being in Jalan Bonus back in KL :D

We decided to go to the Ladies Street in Mong Kok... jom study map :)

And we were here...
Like Petaling Street laaa a bit...
The others had so much fun buying shoes, shirts, skirts, ect. I only bought some fridge magnets for some friends. Did not dare to shop much due to the exchange rate yang sangat tidak menarik lately :(

Fall in love with lilies in this shop... so many different shades of lily! so beautiful!

I was once told, atas jejantas ni mmg happening on weekends. Lots of Indonesian maids lepak2 here spending time together with their fellow Indonesian.

Siti and I got lost when we were trying to find a halal restaurant for lunch (the others went somewhere else). We were so tired that we found ourselves giving up and decided to buy fruit juice only for lunch. While waiting for our fruit juice, I asked a bunch of Indonesian ladies where was the nearest halal restaurant and they said "jauh ibu!". Aiyoo... that's it lahh... we were not going to drag our foot anywhere anymore :p But later, the Indonesian ladies approached us again. One of them informed us "ibu kalau mahu makan restaurant halal, di atas jambatan sana ada ramai orang Indonesia meniaga makanan. Ada nasi, ada  bakso, pecal, rojak... macam2 ada".

Okay... kami sangat penat... dan lapar! So jom jenguk apa ada...
OMG... this place is really happening, I tell you!
This this lady in purple tudung talked to us "Ibu makan pecal di sini bu".
Siti and I looked at each other and said... 'yeah.. why not'. Kaki kami mmg dah tak larat dah  nak jalan lagi. Pinggang oso sakit kepenatan :'D
Siti and I - happy to be able to sit at last... haha!

And feasting our eyes on what happening here...
can't believe this is HONG KONG!!! :D

Monitoring the lady preparing our pecal  - just to ensure it's hygienic and edible :D
The pecal was actually quite nice! seriously! yum! yum!!

Kenyang sudah... we decided to go home after buying some fruits.

On our way back, I looked above the bridge where we just sat and enjoyed our lunch... hahaha.

Super tired face. Nak tercabut dah kaki okay! :P

At the hotel lobby while waiting for Valli - taking out our shoes and resting our tired feet... huhu!

Walau pun penat... I had so much fun with the ladies! Today, back in the office. Start of ICBA Hong Kong Phase 2, Drop 3 testing! Ganbate! Moga dipermudahkan segala urusan...
