Mama and Ayah had to go to Izzaty's school last Saturday for "Hari 3 Penjuru" where parents-teacher-student are to sit together and discuss on the students' progress. And the verdict... hmmm, sedikit merosot compared to previous exam... but at least slightly better result than her final exam last year. Well... work harder okay girl! Hopefully you can get a better result in the final... Aaminnn...
Those parents who came were allowed to bring their kids home over the weekend... so yeah, sudah tentu lah si anak happy to be able to go home... :))
What she did not know was... her parents were not planning to go home that weekend! Instead... we checked in at the aloft Hotel at KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur... Wahhh.... jadi tourist lah kami di Kay Ell yah :))
aloft hotel was opened in March this year... masih baru :) We got a room with 2 queen beds.. just nice for the 4 of us! Booked via agoda.com, with Maybank promotion... we just paid RM267 for this room. Not bad kan? :)

Later, went to Mid Valley by cab. Well, dekat jer kan... so cab pun kena around RM6 ajer. We just had a simple breakfast this morning... so everyone was hungry. Decided to have lunch at Italiannies @ The Garden.
My girl chose this from the menu....
Quattro platter - Combination of deep-fried risotto ball, calamari, fried lemon cheesy balls and zucchini string - complete with marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce for dipping.... hmm.... insanely fattilicious! :O
My boy... who said he was super hungry... chose this..
Lasagna A La Ravina.... oh em gee.... lagi la gemoksss!!!:P

All were served in big portion... so just these 3 dishes for 4 hungry people like us were more than enough!
Just a note... if you guys order food here (or any other western restaurant)... please request them not to use alcohol during food preparation. In case lah kan....
For your info, it was a last minute decision to stay in a hotel in KL... We decided to surprise the kids you see... and since I did not tell any of them about it... I had to pack their clothes quietly. Got difficulty to chose Izzaty's clothes that morning. I put some of her clothes on her bed... then Hubby reminded me not to forget their swimming suit... kelam kabut mencari swim suit pulak... sampai terlupa all about Izzaty's clothes on the bed... and yeah, I totally forgot about it when we left the house.... -_-
Izzaty and I had to go to KL Sentral first before joining the boys at the hotel to buy some decent pants for her to wear during this weekend. Punya lah limited choice at KL Sentral...and she got so moody sebab terpaksa pakai baju yang tersangatlah 'not her taste' when we went to Mid Valley... haha!
So, terpaksa lah bawa dia shopping for clothes. And she ended up picking these...
A jeans and blouse from Forever 21 and a cardigan from Uniqlo... oh man... my daughter has grown up so fast!! Taste pun dah grown really UP!! :P
Stayed at Mid Valley until 10pm. Punya la sakan bersopping ya :P Metro sales you alllll... so mengambil peluang lah shopping raya as well.... hehe :D And yes, we are done with Raya Shopping... for now :P
Balik hotel naik cab.... oh my god... sangat2 menyesal not driving our car okay! Giler panjang queue for cab malam tu!! :P
When we were at Mid Valley on Saturday, Wendy - my tailor whatsup me a picture of Izzaty's baju raya... asking if the baju looked okay. It looked so huge compared to Izzaty's size so I said I'll come over to her shop the next day for fitting.
Sunday morning.... the kids (and their dad!) sempat la swimming satu round lagi...
Then off to Wendy's shop at Cahaya Suria... depan office ku! :)
Cantik tak Kak Tone?? :)) Baju raya dah basi! :P Alhamdulllah... sempat lah fitting baju raya pagi ni... :))
Then off to Petaling Street. Somebody kecoh nak cari 'fake jersey' of Manchester City :P Layannn....
She bought one of those fake ice-watches for just RM13! :)
In case you guys are wondering, why gambar my boy tak banyak.... the answer is... he is so camera-shy! :P
Malu sangat nak amek gambar.... haaa, candid satu kali!! :P
Later, sent Izzaty back to Bandar Enstek. Letih.... but alhamdulillah, it was a wonderful weekend where I had so much fun bonding with my love ones :))
And the good news is... I'll be on leaves tomorrow... yeay! :) But the not-so-good news is... I have to go to Izzat's school for another 3 penjuru meeting! :P Aiyooo... wonder what the teacher will say this time... *debar siut!!* :P
