Izzaty in Pertandingan Bercerita

Went to SK Bdr Sg Buaya yesterday to accompany izzaty for her 'Pertandingan Bercerita (BM)'. Lots of little kids participated in the competition. During the saringan, she was in a room with a small little girl from SK Kuala Kubu 1 who did very, very well!! (omg... I was really impressed!! She's very, very good!!) Only 2 participants from each group were selected to be in the final. Luckily, Izzaty (and of course the little girl from SK Kuala Kubu 1) was selected as a finalist. There were 12 finalists altogether (6 pupils from tahap 1 and another 6 from tahap 2). As expected, the little girl from SK Kuala Kubu 1 won the first place. Izzaty was announced 2nd place.... way to go girl!!! Mama and Ayah are sooo proud of you!! Hubby dropped by during the final. Unfortunately he missed her daughter's performance (I think that was the very first time he showed interest in his children's school activity!) but he was there when the result was announced. We were a bit surprise actually... but of very, very happy for Izzaty!! Alhamdulillah.. again I thank Allah for such a beautiful gift...
