Okay.... last year, when I wrote on the OGA Day 2011 here , I did mention that it was 'probably' the last year we celebrated OGA in Bukit Merbah before the school move to Bandar Enstek. Well, apparently it's not :) THIS is the last year (this time is for real... confirmed!) we would be celebrating OGA Day in Bukit Merbah... huhu! :( As usual, there were lots of activities waiting for us, 'old' and 'young' girls! Us girls paid homage to Bukit Merbah today - more than 700 visitors came!! :)
I came alone of course. Would very much love to bring my boy and significant other for this occasion, but both 'boys' are definitely NOT interested in this all-girls-school-activity :P Reached there around 8.30am :) Went straight to the registration table near block G - saw Izzaty and Sabrina dari jauh sudah sengih2 approaching me :)) Registered my name, paid RM30 for lunch - were given lunch coupon, signed the petition (so that the MOE will not name the "new" school in Bukit Merbah as SM Sains Tunku Kurshiah - Hey... we are NOT willing to share the "Kurshian" name!! :P) and signed on the Mr Tan's "Happy Retirement" card (oh yeah... my favourite Biology teacher!! :)) ) Finished at the registration counter, terus go inside the hall to book my place :)) Nani, Eileen, Aini and Chem were already in the hall, so I just joined them :)

The hall was cutely decorated by the adik2 :)
The early birds of batch 8387 - Fa, yours truly, Eileen and Aini (not in the pic Kamaliah and Nani)
As usual, it started with Kak Fauzah (OGA president) giving speech - it was quite a short one as she said this wasn't a day for speeches, but for us to let our hair down :)) Followed by Bonda Pengetua speech. Later, Mubeen, Kak Sharon's (Kak Sharifah Noorizan - MCE78) son, gave some insights on International Baccalaurette.
Mubeen (MCKK2000-04) graduated from the IB programme in June 2007 with the maximum points of 45. He was the only candidate in Malaysia to obtain such a result and one of 88 in the world for 2007 - giler impressive!! :)) And the young man is quite good looking too *wink!*.
After that, my batch-mate, Raja Eileen Soraya went up the stage - Stedeh Eileen!! :))) This year is actually our batch (batch 8387) 25th year anniversary leaving college. So, we were kinda 'expected' to do something as 'contribution' to college to mark our 25th anniversary :)) So, we did prepare some 'special' activities as our contribution to college :)) Eileen was on the stage for a short intro on the Myers Briggs personality test and Dr A Sher Kawi Jaafar. Our batch brought Dr.Sher khas to Bukit Merbah for the personality test! :)) This is parts of our batch contribution for the day...
Our 8387 Raja Eileen Soraya bringing the house down :))
Next segment was the old girls performances. First, a song by Kak Lin Hezri (MCE73), finalist Bakat TV 1972. She sang a Carpenter song which I can't remember the title. Wahhh... sungguh tak sangka!! ;)) Your voice is beautiful Kak Lin!! :)
Then the much awaited Bolly performance by the OGA committee members (siaran ulangan dari Bollywood dinner.. hehee!). The TKC girls of course screamed when they saw their beloved Bonda Pengetua bolly-ing away on stage, in the same costume that won her the best dressed award during the OGA dinner last Saturday.
Boleh tahan juga Bonda (in red costume) bergelek... hahaha! :D
After the dance came the farewell session for our beloved Biology teacher, Mr Tan Hock Ann :)) Mr Tan arrived at 10 am, just when his session was scheduled to start. Gamat sekejap hall when the girls saw him! "Mr Tan, we miss you!!! We love you!! :) After mengimbau kembali kenangan lama with Mr Tan (zaman budak-budak nakal tak makan saman dulu - haha! ), batch 80-84 (my freshie sisters batch!) went on stage to sing Mulanya Di Sini sambil tayang powerpoint presentation of their years in TKC :)
Mr Tan had a pleasant surprise when he was presented with the farewell gift... after the collection of $$$$ from the various batches, he got himself a complimentary trip for 2 to Turkey! Wahhh... syoknyaaa Mr and Mrs Tan pegi honeymoon lagi!!!!! :))) The girls were shouting "We love you Mr Tan!!!" "Mr Tan, nak ikotttttt!!!".... followed by photography session with Mr Tan... berebut2 the 'old' and 'young' girls nak bergambar ngan Mr Tan.... so the fofular!! :)))
Whoaaa... bestnya Mr Tannnnn..... nak ikut jugakkkk!!!! :)))
After that, session berpecah2... ada yang meremajakan diri bermain games di luar (hoki, basketball, volleyball, ect). But batch8387 stayed in the hall for the personality test activity that we organized. Dr A Sher Kawi Jaafar was awesome!! The girls love him!! :))

If previous years OGA Day, I got the time to lepak2 reminiscing my college life by jalan2 keliling college, this year... I spent most of my time in the hall.... huhu! But it felt good to be able to contribute 'something' to college and the students ♥ It was tiring.... but I was happy to spent time with my batch-mates ♥
Well.... girls.... next year kita jumpa lagi di Bandar Enstek ya, insyaAllah! ♥ And before that... hope to see as many as you all during our 25th Anniversary Gathering in July(??) later... ♥
