And today... Setelah berapa lama dapur x berasap... I prepared ghondang ijau for a raya event (eh?? Syawal is over right? Whatever laa hahaha)....
Serai, lengkuas, halia, bawang putih and merah, kunyit and cili padi all in the blender...
Merasmikan my new amway 'noxxa' pot - using slow preasure to cook the chicken...
This pot is so awsome!! 2 mins jer ayam dah masak!!!
Later, transferring it into conventional wok utk keringkan kuah rendang
And... Tadaaaaa!!! ;)) A bit spicy but hey... it would not be called ghondang nogoghi if it's not spicy :P
Resepinya? Here it goes...
1 ekor ayam
Santan
Blend all these together
3 brg serai
Lengkuas(ard 2.5cm)
Halia(ard 2.5cm)
5 ulas bwg putih
5 ulas bawang merah
Kunyit
Cili Padi
2 asam keping
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Kiub ayam (optional)
Daun limau purut
Daun kunyit (racik halus)
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan2 yg diblend until bau wangi
2. Masukkan ayam - masak until setengah masak, then masuk santan
3. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa and masukkan kiub ayam(optional)
4. Masak sampai PEKAT
5. Lastly masuk asam keping, daun limau purut and daun kunyit yg dah diracik.
