Had a busy day today. Kids were going back to asrama and as usual mama is ever ready on duty 🙄 ( Ayah had to attend a neighbourhood meeting today).
Left home by 9.30am and reached Hentian Duta by 10.15am. The original plan was to eat breakfast together while waiting for Izzat's bus (his bus to Parit Buntar is at 10.30) but unfortunately we could not find a parking space... OMG there were lotssss of people - cars, busses everywhere! So yeah, change of plan. Izzat said 'it's okay ma... Just drop me here. Pandai2 la Izzat cari makan nanti'. Aww... my baby boy sounded so mature... Huhu 🤗
Anyway, after dropping Izzat. I desperately need to find something to eat. Super hungry as our breakfast plan was cancelled 😕
I actually had nasi lemak Tanglin in mind - it wasn't far from Hentian Duta.. But again plan was cancelled immediately after I saw how looong the queue was at the nasi lemak tanglin shop. After pusing2 a few times at the Bukit Aman area, we ended up eating at a small kiosk under Restaurant Rebung... (nope, it's not THE Rebung restaurant- it's not opened yet 😬) Just a tiny kiosk below the parking bertingkat.. Beli mee je... Nak alas perut jer... Because I have bigger plan for lunch haha.
After breakfast, singgah sebentar at Mitsui Outlet Park on our way to Bandar Enstek. Bought perfume jer... Nothing fancy pun ... Just CH 212 VIP Rose. It's not important anyway cause what I wanna share today is actually a new place to hang out in Bandar Enstek for makan2... My so-called big plan for lunch 😄
Gulai Omak Den Restaurant.
I've heard about this small kampung restaurant and that served authentic Nogoghi Sembilan food from Asterix mommies - ie Kak Iza, Yaya and the others.
Been planning to go and checkout tapi tak berkesempatan. So today, dari awal pagi dah plan and told Izzaty 'today we eat lunch at Gulai Omak Den!' She was like 'what??' Amende tu??' Lol 😂
So, tadi dengan semangatnya I drove to this place. It's located just near the traffic light juction near TKC. And what dya know... Parking jer kereta, I saw my good friend, also and Asterix mom, Ila, parking her car at the restaurant 😄

After lunch, we went straight to TKC's Surau AnNur for zuhur prayer.
Sempat posing at this banner which was hang in front of the dining hall.
His banner was designed by Izzaty's batchmate who has the same name as hers but end with an 'i' - Izzati Rosli - one of the most creative girls among the Asterix. Such a talented girl!
Forced Izzaty to snap this pic for me and she said 'Ma... You are embarrassing me...'. Duh! 🙄
Hmm... Now that both kiddos are back to their asrama... Bermula la semula emptiness syndrome in this heart of mine 😔
Semoga anak2 dibawah lindunganNya. And may they are able to give 100% focus on their PT3/SPM exam preparation...
