Home Alone on 2nd Ramadhan

 Day 2 of Ramadhan - bermula la cabaran working from home alone while the others masuk office. 

Pagi2 lagi instead of the usual morning walk, yours truly menyapu porch depan rumah and later before start kerja bekejar gi beli groceries jap - rasa mcm masuk Amazing Race dah memilih groceries sambil tgk jam Lol! By 8.30am dah duduk depan laptop and preparing for our section meeting at 9am. 

1pm - took a break depan TV sambil melecek pisang while waiting for zuhur prayer - hubby requested cekodok la pulak arini huhu. 

1.25pm anakanda Izzaty shared video Khairul Ameng masak ikan keli belado… eh, mcm hinting je tu 🙄

2.30 - 4pm - there was this important presentation zoom meeting by a vendor for one of our incoming projects. Vendor tu Lebanese, handsome weii 😜 But would I still be around when this big  project is materialised?

 Only Allah knows… 🤲🏻  

Tepat 5.15pm - tutup laptop. Solat Asar and jommmm masak… bertungtang le sendirian di dapur memandangkan my chef assistant (read - dotter), masuk opis today. Rasa macam lipas kudung dah 😩

Makanya…. Ini lah hasilnya 🤪

Tiru la resepi Khairul Ameng tu tapi ikan keli x dok (lagi pun en suami tak makan ikan keli) - ganti la dgn ikan kembung. Lada and bawang blended and tumis by Ms Timmy of coz 🤪 Daging masak halia also by Ms Timmy. Sayur kacang panjang campur tempe and of coz the cekodok goreng manual je guna kuali lagend hehe.

Luckily Izzaty reached home and helped me in the kitchen at the very last minute. Siap masak 5 mins before berbuka 😰

Pengsan!

Hmmm… esok nak masak apa pulak ya Timmy 🤔
