We were on our way to Penang to send Izzat back to school last weekend and decided to drop by at Sg Klah Hot Springs in Sungkai Perak. Hubby has been wanting to check this place... so okaylah... just singgah like a few hours to refresh ourselves before continuing our journey.
It's located in an area of palm oil plantation owned by Felda, about an hour drive from Bkt Beruntung.
This recreational hot springs are suitable for the whole family. The area was packed with people by the time we reached here. Entrance fee is RM12 per head.
We walked around enjoying the scenery around the park. There was also a natural sauna (just a wooden platform set on top of the hot springs). You can also boil some eggs at the hot spring... bau telur jer lah area tu... lol!

Demi menjaga aurat (chewah!), we decided to rent a private Jacuzzi instead.
It's RM120 per hour (very cheap!).
And the place is so nice!!. Soothing, calm and quiet environment!
We stayed in the jacuzzi for about 45 mins kot.... tak larat la pulak berpanas lama2 lol!
Just for information there are some nice accommodations here in Sg Klah Hot Springs area - villas and apartments owned by Felda. For a low budget, there are also many homestays owned by local residents here. As for us, it's only 1 hour trip from our place... so tak yah lah nak book accommodation bagai... a day trip would be good enough :D
