Today, we decided to pay a visit our friends, the Siberian tigers :)
The Siberian tiger is considered an endangered species. In the 1980s, it was listed as one of the first-class national protected animals of China. To preserve this valuable species, the Siberian Tiger Park was built in 1996 in Harbin.
The park is located on the north bank of the Songhua River to the northwest of Harbin.
From our apartment, we booked a private car from the nearby Ibis hotel which cost us CNY100. Still expensive, but it's a private car...so it's more comfy for the 4 of us. the taxi driver waiting outside would have charged us the same price :P

Entrance this park is CNY100. Visitors were given tour in a bus into a gated area with amazing scenic spots while tigers roam freely in this area. There sure are lots of Siberian tigers in this park! In addition, visitors can also see white tigers, lions, lynx, leopards, and black pumas as well as Bengali tigers.
The park is divided into ten areas - the young tiger area, the mature tiger area, the king tiger area, a walking area and a platform for viewing the tigers. Except in the walking area and the platform for viewing the tigers, tourists must be in the bus throughout the tour in this area.

These tigers are huge! and FAT :D
Well hello there Mr Siberian Tiger! Renungan maut tu…hehe :D
There was at one sport were a park employee set an alive chicken free and the tigers are fighting to get their paws on it! I was like.. "arghhh… kesiannya chicken tu!!!!" The chicken was flying and jumping around to escape itself from those hungry tigers! I thought the chicken is quite smart as it jumped to hide itself under our bus :D Of course the fat tigers had to wait patiently until the bus moved.... and when the bus finally moved, wahhh, macam pesta depa berebut nak makan ayam tu! -.-

The white tiger - eh, you makan Qu Puteh Qu Puteh ek? ;D
We did not stay long here. The tour itself wasn't that long… I think it took about an hour jer kot! After the tour we took a taxi to the Snow Festival location.
