Hola Mexico!!! We were in Cancun for a few days instead of going to Bolivia as per our original plan. This was my first time in Mexico.. and I was super excited to explore my very first Mexican city.. Cancun!
Located on the most southern tip of Mexico, at the Yucatan Peninsula, Cancun is flanked by both the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea... such a beautiful place! Palm trees lined up along the road with massive resorts along the beach... cantik sangat2!! Our rented Air Bnb apartment is at Cancun Plaza which is located very near the primary tourist area.

Went for a stroll with my travel partner (read: hubby) along the beach near Cancun Apartment after breakfast...
Then, took a local public bus to the Cancun's primary tourist area...
It was a super sunny day... Jom jalan2 cuci mata... ;)

Mexicans celebrate 'Day of the Dead' between October 31st and November 2nd. On this day, they will remember and honor their deceased loved ones - so those decorations of skulls, skeletons, ect are part of their ways to celebrate the 'Day of the Dead'.

By the time we went back to our apartment, it was already sunset...
