We arrived in Lima late in the eve... went straight to our hotel to check in (can't remember the name of our hotel... just a budget hotel but with strategic location - walking distance to the famous Plaza De Armas). Kelaparan... we went straight out to hunt for halal dinner.. ;)
Lucky us... not very far from our hotel, we found a few interesting place to eat.
Decided to eat here... Los Frutales Vegetariano Restaurant.
Let's can the menu.... what shall we eat here... hmmm.
We were so hungry... so macam rambang mata to choose the menu...
The waitress was so nice and friendly. We requested for something spicy...
She did not understand us at first... then we used our portable wifi which has a translator to translate the word 'spicy' - the wifi said 'picante'. And the waitress was like "ahhhh... picante!'
Yes yes!! Picante!!! (New spanish word for the day - PICANTE) Lol!
So we ordered this 2 dishes after being recommended by the kind waitress...
This is Creaoly soup - one of the local dishes recommended by our waitress
And this is mushroom fried rice
Shrimp (vege-based shrimp actually) fried rice.
All were 'picante' as per our requested... haha!
Sedappppp.... puas hati dapat makan nasi and they were really, really yummy!! hehe.
Kenyang sudah... let's burn some calories by doing lots of walking...
Night stroll after dinner around Plaza De Armas De Lima area.
This park is really happening... sentiasa meriah days and nights.
Police officers were everywhere to ensure the safety of the crowd.
We just sat there for a while.. menikmati keindahan malam on the other side of bumi Allah ni...
Siapa sangka kan... yours truly would be here in Peru in the year 2019.
