On our 2nd day in Cappadocia, 4th day in Turkey, 9th day for this vacation, we decided to explore the town of Goreme - a town in Cappadocia region of central Turkey that is famous for its natural rock formations, or known as 'fairy chimneys'.
Breakfast with fambam. The breakfast prepared at Asteria Cave Hotel was delicious!! They only cook/prepared our breakfast upon request... so we got our food hot and fresh from the kitchen! Sedap la kan... makan panas2, in the cold weather.
This dog's name is Cirkin (pronoced Sirkin). He is the permanent resident of Asteria Cave Hotel.

The mission was to book a package for Hot Air Balloon Ride for all 6 of us for tomorrow activity.
We had made inquiry earlier at the hotel, but their offer was quite expensive. So we decided to book direct with a company of a hot air balloon instead of going through an agent... we can get cheaper price this way. And later, we decided to book with Discovery Balloons. We got the price of EUR180 per person... tu pun sebab book last minute. If book earlier, we could get much cheaper price.
Right next to the Discovery Balloons office is a famous Indian Restaurant, Namaste. Apparently this is one of the most famous restaurants here... queue was so long when we were there... need to wait for a while. While waiting, we did our business with Discovery Ballons.. we went to the nearest ATM to cash out some EUR (they have ATMs that you can choose which currency that you want - USD, EUR, ect... how cool is that?! Halluu Maybank... we need to have this ATM at our main branches okay! 😃).
Later, we had lunch at Namaste and the food was soooo gooooddd!!!

After lunch, on our way back to our hotel, sempat survey2 souvenirs...
Our trip this time was really a free and easy style - maklum lah ada wargamas kan (errr... kami suami isteri pun hampir dah nak masuk kategori ni lol!), so lepas lunch kami balik ke hotel berehat dan solat dulu.
Later in the evening, we decided to go for a walk and hike a bit to Sunset Point which is located not far from our hotel.
